The Traditional Arts Association (GSD) also took its place with various workshops at the CRAFTISTANBUL 3rd Handicrafts Fair held on October 5-9, 2022.
\nCRAFT ISTANBUL Handicrafts and Design Fair, which was held for the third time this year, opened its doors on October 5 at the Dr. Architect Kadir Topba\u015f Show and Art Center in Yenikap\u0131. With the workshops organized within the scope of the fair, valuable information was provided in many branches of art and practical trainings were given together with the participants.
\nDuring the fair, workshops on rag dolls, ceramics, lithography, basketry and calligraphy were organized at the stand of the Traditional Arts Association, and books that were published to contribute to the field of traditional arts and support its development were sold.
\nWithin the scope of workshops with applied and theoretical information special to Craftistanbul Fair, GSD organized Rag Doll Workshop with Liana K\u00fcll\u00fco\u011flu on Wednesday, October 5, 2022; Ceramic Workshop with Tu\u011fba G\u00fcven on Thursday, October 6, 2022; Stone Printing Workshop with Emine Ku\u015fcul on Friday, October 7, 2022; Basket Workshop with Jale G\u00fcltekin on Saturday, October 8, 2022; and Calligraphy Workshop with R\u0131dvan \u00d6zalp on Sunday, October 9, 2022.
\nFatih Mayor Mehmet Erg\u00fcn Turan visited the Traditional Arts Association booth during his visit to Craftistanbul 3rd Handicrafts and Design Fair and received information about the work of the Association and the workshops.
