The Association of Traditional Arts held the Illumination Meeting at Cemal Re\u015fit Rey Concert Hall between 24-30 April, 2009. The event included a symposium, an exhibition, workshop sessions and commemoration programs.<\/p>\n

Silver Tulip Award<\/strong><\/p>\n

Within the framework of the Illumination Art Meeting, the third Silver Tulip Award was granted to Cahide Keskiner in acknowledgment of her successful works in traditional decorative arts.<\/p>\n

Grave Visits<\/strong><\/p>\n

As a part of the commemoration program, Süheyl Ünver’s, Rikkat Kunt’s and Muhsin Demironat’s graves were visited.<\/p>\n

The Illumination Meeting also hosted a symposium attended by Gül \u0130repo\u011flu, Çiçek Derman, Semih \u0130rte\u015f, Münevver Üçer, Filiz Ça\u011fman, Ali R\u0131za Özcan, Nurhan Atasay, Zeren Tan\u0131nd\u0131, Lale Uluç, Y\u0131ld\u0131z Demiriz and Gülbün Mesarra, in addition to Mamure Öz, Semih \u0130rte\u015f, Münevver Üçer, Hüseyin Kutlu who took part in the workshop sessions.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
