The Association of Traditional Art organized the Miniature Meeting in which works of significant Miniature artists were put on display. Furthermore, between 21-27 May 2011, a symposium was held with the attendance of the artists and experts. The Association presented the Silver Tulip Award to Prof. Dr. Nurhan Atasoy.<\/p>\n
In the organized workshop meetings held at Taner Alaku\u015f Miniature Atelier, the Applied Turkish-Islamic Arts Library, Cahide Keskiner Miniature Atelier and Nakka\u015f Turkish Decorative Arts Centre, the artists shared their experience with the participants. Additionally, a catalogue entitled “Miniature Meeting” comprising the contents of the event was published.<\/p>\n
