\nThe Gümü\u015f Tulip Ödülülü’nün’, which is presented to the personalities who have dedicated their lives to traditional arts and contributed to the survival, development and promotion of these arts, was awarded to Prof. Dr. Zeren Tanan\u0131d\u0131, Art History çs.

\nThe Gümü\u015f Tulip, the first award in the field of traditional arts, has been given by GSD since 2006 to the doyens of the field who have dedicated their lives to traditional arts. The eighth Gümü\u015f Tulip, which was previously presented to Hikmet Barut çugil, Hasan Çelebi, Cahide Keskiner, Nurhan Atasoy, \u0130slam Seçen, Ülker Erke and Filiz Ça\u011fman’s, will be awarded to Prof. Dr. Zeren Tan\u0131nd\u0131’ this year. It was presented to Prof. Dr. Zeren Tan\u0131nd\u0131.
\nZeren Tanan\u0131d\u0131 Award: Book Arts and Culture in the Islamic World and the 8th Gümü\u015f Tulip Ödül Törenaissance was held on Saturday, October 29, 2022 at 14.30 at the Sepetçiler Pavilion.
\nWho is Prof. Dr. Zeren Tanan\u0131d\u0131? Prof. Dr. Tan\u0131nd\u0131 received her bachelor’s and doctorate degrees from Istanbul University, Department of Art History. Prof. Tanan\u0131d\u0131 worked at the Topkap\u0131 Palace Müzesi Kütüphaner until 1984 and continued his studies at Bursa Kültür Müdürlü\u011fü\u011füAfter continuing his studies at Bursa Kültür Mür Müdüon, he moved to Uluda\u011f University and founded the Art History Department in 1994. Prof. Dr. Prof. Dr. Zeren Tanan\u0131d\u0131 wrote many books, book bölümümü, articles, papers in all fields of Islamic book arts; took part in various exhibitions and projects; and after his retirement, he took part in many exhibitions and projects;After her retirement, she continued to work as a consultant at Sak\u0131p Sabanc\u0131 Museum and Sadberk Han\u0131m Museum.
