TRADITIONAL ARTS ASSOCIATION AT THE 8TH HERİTAGE ISTANBUL FAIR!
Traditional Arts Association is participating in the 8th Cultural Heritage International Conservation, Restoration, Archaeology, Museology and Librarianship Fair and Conference, which will be held at Istanbul Lütfi Kırdar Congress and Exhibition Palace between May 15-17, 2024.
Heritage Istanbul, the conservation, restoration, archaeology, museology and librarianship technologies fair and conference aiming to raise awareness of cultural heritage, will be held for the eighth time this year at Istanbul Lütfi Kırdar International Congress and Exhibition Center between May 15-17.
As part of the 8th Cultural Heritage International Conservation, Restoration, Archaeology, Museology and Librarianship Fair, the Traditional Arts Association (GSD) will organize a “Traditional Felt Making” Workshop led by felt artist Yeliz Erengül on Friday, May 17, 2024.
In addition, books published by the Traditional Arts Association will be exhibited at the GSD stand during the fair in order to contribute to the field of traditional arts and support its development.
These activities will contribute to the sharing of information and raising awareness on the protection and transfer of cultural heritage to future generations.
Organized for the first time in 2015 with the slogan “Provide a Future for the Past”, Heritage Istanbul will host conferences, heritage talks sections, workshops, B2B meetings and various technical trips, while important names of the cultural heritage industry will meet with cultural heritage enthusiasts.
