In 2015, the Association of Traditional Arts supported by Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, Albayrak Group, Zeytinburnu Municipality, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University actualized the Masters of the Future Contest. The contest included the major eight traditional arts; Calligraphy, Tiling, Binding, Illumination, Marbling (Ebru), Hand-drawing, Miniature and Paper Filigree.
227 artists participated in the contest, and the winners of the monetary award were chosen by the 41-member jury through three stages. At the end, an exhibition was organized for the top 51 works.
In addition, a web address www.geleceginustalari.org was opened to allow access to detailed information to serve the participants of the contest.
