The Miniature Meeting | 2011

The Association of Traditional Art organized the Miniature Meeting in which works of significant Miniature artists were put on display. Furthermore, between 21-27 May 2011, a symposium was held with the attendance of the artists and experts. The Association presented the Silver Tulip Award to Prof. Dr. Nurhan Atasoy.

The Masters of Istanbul’s Documentaries | 2010

On December 27th, 2010, in cooperation with “Istanbul 2010 European Capital of Culture Agency”, the Association of Traditional Arts organized a gala event for “The Masters of Istanbul” Documentaries, at Beyoğlu Cinema.

Illumination Meeting | 2009

The Association of Traditional Arts held the Illumination Meeting at Cemal Reşit Rey Concert Hall between 24-30 April, 2009. The event included a symposium, an exhibition, workshop sessions and commemoration programs.

“Our Calligraphy Art” Exhibition | 2008

Between 30 August - 30 September 2008, “Our Calligraphy Art” Exhibition was organized by the Association of Traditional Arts at Odakule Art Gallery of The Istanbul Chamber of Industry.

Calligraphy Meeting | 2007

Between 28 October - 3 November, 2007, the Association of Traditional Arts initiated the Calligraphy Meeting which started with a panel and an exhibition opening at Cemal Reşit Rey Hall. Alongside the Calligraphy Meeting, The Second Silver Tulip Award was granted to calligraphy master Hasan Çelebi in a special ceremony.
